I was with Shell Energy which was bought up by Octopus Energy At the start of April I was given a bill that was in line with what my energy use was according to my smart meter but today 2 Would it be better to switch then have a smart meter installed by E on Next or get Octopus Energy to fit the smart meter then switch This assumes that an EV tariff is the correct
